“I truly don’t know what will happen in my life, and I don’t need to know. My life will unfold the way it needs to. Having to know kept me caught in my head. Not needing to know keeps me open to the great mystery of life.”
~ Mary O’Malley
I first saw this quote on Karen Lang’s Living in This Moment blog and instantly fell in love with it. In part, because I am moving closer and closer to not needing to know or control how life unfolds and opening my heart to the magic and mystery of life.
* I took this photo of a Gerber daisy in my backyard one spring after I had placed it into a pot on my deck. This version of the photo has a ‘sunscreen’ filter.
